Tuition payments are due the first week of each month. Please use
your payment booklet which includes an envelope for each month & the
costume payments. Payments can be placed in the payment box on the desk.
If you are paying by check, please write the student's name and month on
the memo line. Monthly tuition is based on the entire year. Some months
will have 3,4 or 5 weeks of dance class. It depends on how the weeks fall
within the month. To keep it simple, your monthly tuition will not change,
by the end of the year, it evens out.
Make-Up/Canceled
Classes
If a student must miss a class, please call and Miss Jennifer will provide
make-up class options. It is not mandatory to make-up a missed class. Please
remember, you are reserving a place in class whether you are there or not.
Therefore, full monthly tuition is due and if a class is missed, you may
take a make-up class at your convenience.
Please listen to WTNS for class cancellations due to bad weather. In general, when all three county schools are cancelled, dance classes will also be canceled. When possible, classes will be cancelled by noon and a message will be left on the studio voicemail (622-3423)
